Develop your own style when you have already mastered the basics. Again, you have to constantly present a challenge to yourself. However, learn to stick with your limitations and always seek the advice of your mentor. Do things gradually and always listen to what your body is telling you.

Just do not forget that this is for your health. In that scenario, you can have a deeper drive to defy all of your fears and have sparring sessions with somebody else. You could never be a fulfilled student if you do not get through this certain stage.
