Blossom Kindles - April 14, 2012

Well did Blossom ever give me a shocker this morning.

I knew she was expecting, I expected her normal six kits.

She gave me 11 kits!  ELEVEN!!   one was DOA, but she has ten BIG kits in the nestbox.

Very well done girlie!   She got a nice lettuce leaf this morning to and was totally ravenous. :)

Blossom gave me seven kits this morning.

She made a lovely nest and the babies are big and they are warm.

nice to see that she did a good job.

dad is Shade.

Breed is Harlequin.

Five kits born, one DOA.

Pulled a bit of fur but really not enough so I supplemented. one of them is very much a complainer.

Having a bit a yellow jacket problem so needing to figure out how to get rid of them, as I don't want them going after my babies.

Dad is Bug.

Blossom is a first time mommy.

The REW was a shock. Didn't expect that at all.
